DAY 32
Today is like a new day one, but I will keep counting since this is my journey. I ate for the past several days and with the support of my two dear friends and a renewed sense of purpose, I am starting a 2 week fast. My intention will be to come off, have the holiday, then resume again through Christmas. Go, juice!

- I love art -- drawing, painting, writing, doing anything I can creatively with my hands and heart. I drum, I sing, I dance and hula hoop. I own Kyle-Creative, a design/art studio where I paint, write, illustrate and design. I lead workshops and retreats for painting and creative self-expression. I love to teach and guide others. I am a healer, a medium, a listener, a loving friend and a mom who could not possibly love her child more :)
